We did not worry however because we knew our epoxy coatings would protect us from costly damages both to common elements and suites.
We had extensive chipping concrete and popping rebar. 3 years after repair the area still looks like the day it was repaired. During an inspection the company representative noticed leaking in our underground. Since the repair over 2 years later not a single leak is present. Who would have thought injection of a chemical could stop a leak in concrete. We are still shocked!
